Why write this blog?

The American author Mark Twain once said, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness.” My reason for writing this blog is to foster more and better travel so fatalities of that type become abundant. "Better" travel means safe, efficient, conscientious, and experientially rich travel.

I write for the non-technical reader to help him or her better understand best-practice ways to apply mobile and embedded technology in the tourism, travel, and transportation industries.
